To be able to contact your company when processing your inquiry, we need the name, e-mail address and telephone number of a contact person in the company.

The information will not be used for other purposes.

If you as a merchant want to delete an authorization(s), please fill in the fields below and/or the excel sheet and click on “Submit” to send the request to Nexi.

If you as a merchant wish to delete several authorisations/approvals of transactions, please complete the fields under "Authorisation/approval information" for one of the authorisations/approvals. For the remaining authorisations/approvals to be deleted, please complete the document under "Download here", which can be found at the end of this web form.

Once you have completed all the information in the document, please attach it and click "Submit" to send the request to Nexi.
